1 month of no training, no PE. fitness drop to its lowest levels. 2 weeks 25%. so now..im onli at 50% of my best. panting like hell. cross country coming. im tinking of running competitive. its onli 4.2 km. but..BUT!! at 50%..i'll make a fool of myself.
cant wait to get over wif exams. 2 more weeks to total rugby weekdays. i miss the smell of grass.
