RE:
movies!
two movies in one day. super happening la. kismat konnection was simply beautiful. a predictable yet funny and touching love story. touche! to shahid kapoor, the beautiful vidya balan and crew! the ending was even more happening ar! ahahahaha! :P
told ya' im gonna get cha'!
as in learn in gp,being absolute is never a good answer!
Much anticipated dissapointment!
the mummy 3 was largely dissapointing with a little bit of excitement! unlike its 2/3 prequels, this circles around the mystery of china's history. me being a cock, would know shit abt the great wall of china except its in china and its long and it can be seen from space. eh no...i knew david copperfield fooled us into believing he walked thru it, i knew its one of the seven wonders of the world, that its used to protect ancient china from its mongolian rivals and genghis khan. basically just dat, and not at all on how, what and when its built and by whom.OFCOURSE i know its by the chinese but i meant exactly who! aniways...
fraser and li battling it out
since the previous few sequels were based on egypt mythology, it was rather very much interesting to me. firstly because i dont know anything about egyptian mythology and secondly, we learn abt china in school. so all the ming, ching bling bling dynasty...kinda know already.besides, the movie is subtly based on the great wall of china. its sooo not cool uh. like china cant be depicted because of the great wall of china only?!...they have got a huge vault of history!! they invented the compass, they founded gunpowder, they had the first photocopy machine.so my point is like how they can roughly cook up a story on egyptian mythology, im sure they can do exactly the same for china history.thats would sooo make my imagination run super wild and u can lead the movie with so much twist and turns. which leads to my next point.
Michelle Yeoh and Isabella Leong as Zi Juan and Lin. Asian beauties!the movie is rather predictable.you just know the mummy has to attain power b4 they could defeat them. but they depict the characters as if they can kill the mummy b4 it regain its powers.which is sooo uncool! u just know if the mummy die, the movie ends!hence, they should hav just made a build up to the mummy gaining power before the let the character chase after it! just like in the prequels. thats where u can add soo much twist and turns. which leads to the next point.
the dashings!-Brandon Fraser and Luke Ford.the movie lacks its much sought-after mystique!other den how the emperor story started, nothing was told about the 'eye of the shangrila' of that the emperor can be immortal by drinking from the eternal pool.all this just got placed into the story without much introduction. unlike the prequels, the story bascially revolves around the book of the dead and the book of the living. and they explain every single details through out the story! that helps to make sense of everything!such a dissapointment! and they also didnt explain wad happen to the o'connells after the last prequel.suddenly, everything revolves around china.nothing abt how the son grew up and wad not all. haaaaiiizzz....
The awesome -Jet Li as Emperor Han
last but not least, the movies isnt the same without rachel weiss!she just fits perfectly into the movie.like how she shows the need for adventure and at the same time displaying a brilliant performance of being fearful yet curious of the unknown! its soo intriging. but the new actress
the ever beautiful rachel weiss and the not-so maria bello as Evelyn
who played 'evelyn' couldnt match up to rachel's standards.besides, rachel weiss is soo much hotter than the new actress. abit of spoilers, there are the icemans and some funny and looney stuff la.which to me help to reduce the dissapointment! but still! haizz...hopefully the next one will be more exciting!
for miss siti. something to bore u with at school. hope u enjoy this one!

And we hav the bride with the beloved bridesmaid...
i didnt know this 4 stooges were wearing the same suit till dat sunday morning itself. very cuuute! and when they accompany the bride to the dais, it was very funny la. i was amazed that they just knew wad to do. well-trained! maybe next time we can make them drop petals while acccompanying the bride. how cool is dat! soon my babies will do dat for them! Formalities over, lets hav some fun!
-take note that my comments are meant for ppl to laugh. i believe that jokes are at the expense of people.
thus i shall not take any responsibilities for offended people.-
bridesmaid bujang lapok
grow up gals. the world is at peace now. forget the '\/' sign. its not working..both for making the world at peace and trying to act cute.

ahahahahahha!-no comments.ahhahahahah!
and now we hav behind-the-scenes footage
from left to right-hafiz, faiz, asri, zack, half a man's body and tahir.(not in picture : nasser and sadiq) rewang2 can be very fun sey. its the best time to catch up with my frens who come to help. and joke abt all the times we bastard each other and jacking abt all the petty things each of us do.the saddest thing is one by one we dissappear..for army and alot of other stuff.we shall lepak one of this days my fellow brothers..whr else but jurong coast!

fellow clubbers.
im sure half of them learn dancing from clubbing. the rest of them like me? we kind of just go with the flow...it was fun while it lasted. the ups and down or shud i say cancellation and non-cancellation...gossips and late nights...a very enriching experience in the life of a wedding dancer! ahahha!
lets soothe our sored eyes with nicer photos...
mr musicman
Mr. smart-mamat!
Mr. Singer!
the many version of the infamous nashahrudin. i like to call it versatile or multi-purpose. cool right! i know.
anyways...the wedding went all smooth. after soo much hype and pissed off moments its finally all over.so my parents are half way thru, awaiting for 1 more daughter and 3 gorgeous sons to marry off. weee! life's like all normal again. its quite interesting that the first child's wedding is the most emotional and equip with everlasting memories. i cried when my first sis got married. but i grow up and attain more responsibilities, i realise the purpose of weddings and the actual meaning behind all those extravaganza details.
for me, its the joy of family reunion and coming together to celebrate the invitation of another soul to join our already enormous family tree.you meet new people and new cousins. u get introduced to the tiny cousins and meet the offsprings for recent couples. and u refresh relationships of old ones. i myself nowadays hardly get to meet my family. i meet my frens more often den family, hence i treasure such moments.in addition to that, i seldom go to weddings which is another avenue for me to meet my family.furthermore, u see alot of people eating and merry-making, taking alot of pictures to freeze the moment so that when we grow old, we can always look back and smile.
sometimes i feel sad for people who got very small families. its not as exciting as a big family.we hav pros and cons but imagine people from all walks of life who is related to you. its like soo much easier to connect to them and share our experiences. haiz...till those moments again!

RE:
A level has been really hard on me. i rather have a bullet shot through my head. BECAUSE, the headache feels like somebody is pushing a bullet through your brain. slowly..centimeter by centimeter. and you can feel that cold metallic sides brushing against your veins and whatever my brain is made of.
ok maybe something less sadistic. its like as if my head is a bell. and somebody knocks this bell every few seconds. thong...thong...thong...YES! throbbing pain. but what the hell, its a price i have to pay for all the times i had fun and not study for the past 3 years. i knew it was coming, its just a matter of time.
anyways, my nieces came yesterday, after a very long time. i dunno, its just instinct that i decided to come home early yesterday. just knew there was a calling for me to go home early and spend sometime with those lil angels. i was reading a book when zara came knocking at my door.
'heyyy zaraa...masok..masok'...,i said.
'mama shah!'...,zara replied
'dah makan 'chikeng'(chicken) belom?'...,i asked.
'no..with potato'...,she answered.
'why you never go school'...,i said
'because kakak nv go school..i want that one..yang fish tu'...,she said, pointing to a box full of marbles.
'zaara..wad is mama shah name?'...,i questioned her.
'dunno'...,she said!
'you forgot mama shah eh?'...,i said in a sad tone.
'nooo..hahaha'...,she replied happily.
'zaraa sayang mama shah?'...,i asked her.
she didnt answer and continue playing with the marbles.
'wei!'...,i shouted and nudged her.
'zara sayang mama shah'...,she shouted with that cuuute smile!
it was this conversation that i realised how much she has grown. she could speak properly, count to 20, and the best of all she understood what she was saying and what it meant to me. she used to say it because i whispered it into her ear. but no, she answered willingly. im sooo happy! then! when she was going home, i was still reading, so i said 'bye!!' and she replied. and ran out to the hall. moments later she ran back and said 'bye' again! argh! very adorable. very very adorable.
its just so fun to have small people around you.innocent little souls who will believe what you tell them, which will shape their thoughts and their actions when they grow much older. that's why i like to make my nieces jump from a table to me.-fareesha did jumped and even clapped her hand after it.very adorable!-so that they wont be scared, so that they know they could trust me and believe that i will always be there to catch them when they fall. -and i don't pilih kasih, i do this to all my nieces.- and soon to come nephew!!! muahahah!
perfect ending to a stressful day.

RE:
ATH-SJ1
ever heard of great news?!
im sure you do.
i got something even better!
My beloved ATH-SJ1 AudioTechnica Monitor Headphones are back in business!
As good as new,baby!
YES! i repaired it myself. its just a simple procedure that i had to do. which i took along time to realise and figure out. stoopid,i know. but still, the keyword here is i figured it out by myself. i happen to be sitting on the train looking at some D**khead using the same set as me.I got pissed because i had to make do with the default creative piece. Sooo...BRAIN BLAST! Eureka! the idea just popped and i wasted neither a pence nor time and headed to the nearest electronic store for materials.
its just a simple procedure. you need...
for those who dunno, its a pair of scissors, knife, cheap earphones and soldier.
yes, that 'red handle poking-looking device' is called a soldier.
and ofcourse the most important thing of all...
right miss emmj?
take ur pick.
u still get the same person.
i just need to rewire the headpieces to this new wire.its dat! simple.anyways....
its just soo irritating to see this people using the same set. they would give this weird look as if saying 'eh?! u using the same as me?! wadever, dude!' __, i did researh on those headphones.i tested the headphones before i even bought it. i knew its specifications by heart. and i knew exactly what i was looking for. and im sure those poseurs saw me using it and rush to the nearby hardware store looking for it.-*gives sarcastic look*- like what Sean Taylor, leader of AT&T Drumline, said and i quote 'you can look like me,but your never going to play like me'. BAM! slap to the face.
and this trend of imitating me is becoming a trend itself in school.HAH! i came to school happily one day listening to the crystal-clear treble and heart-thumping bass filled new headphones. and 2 days later, i saw some guy, with something similar.except its just abit bigger. ouh..so not cool. and just now,i saw this dude i dun like in school, with headphones also. haaai...i need to do something. but look on the brighter side!, im leaving school soon, den..the whole world will follow me. big dreams...i know.
lets end of with some love shall we...
the reason i breath everyday.
so that i could sit at my house awaiting her laughter to make my day.
yes, ofcourse.You too Miss EMMJ.
argh! im so happy today! everyday.

RE:
rugby lives forever
Ah Chuan - SahaI would like to dedicate one of my tries today to this 2 souls.
It's just ten percent luck
Twenty percent skill
Fifteen percent concentrated power of will
Five percent pleasure
Fifty percent pain
And a hundred percent reason to remember the name
(Quote: Remember The Name ,Fort Minor)
I walk in the field with nothing to offer.Comes coach who jumpstart me by throwing me into a game. Inspired by the actual gameplay, driven by the will to outwit and outplay, i nurtured under this two people. They taught me every trick in the book, hoping that i would bring in the medals when the time comes. But nothing happened.
We were all sadden that our closest attempt for glory was shut out. That day will always be remembered. How the Titans fight, dripping blood and sweat. Luck just wasn't on ourside. No medals, no glory. A sad day in the pioneer MI rugby history.
Smiles were on this two faces, they had achieve what they wanted. It wasn't the medals that they yearn for but 15 people to came together from all walks of life and achieve the impossible. To create a team of versatile and discipline gentlemen to play rugby. And they had 15 of them to showoff to the world like medals.
One could throw punches, kick somebody's back, stomp an ankle and even break a leg in a rugby game. But it takes pure discipline to not do it. If one could accomplish that, then, despite the scoreline, he's a winner.
enough about rugby.enough about rugby.enough about rugby.enough about rugby.enough about rugby.enough about rugby.enough about rugby.
just last week, i encountered selfish souls who would not give up their seats on the mrt to a pregnant lady. yes, its irritating but the world is like that. But good samaritans do exist. like yesterday, this lady on the bus spotted a schoolboy looking all frail and pale. So when she pushed me to get to that boy, i thought like 'excuse me?!be patient'. but then when i saw she focus her attention on the boy by getting him a seat, i was rather 'wow-ed'.*salutes* to the lady in green.
FYI! i was'nt seated and my back was facing the boy. and its not that i saw and ignored him.
and so here i am at work, blogging. and if by chance farah walks in.thats just as good as me going home. which im rather looking forward to. i miss working here, at the same time i hate to work here.maybe its just how boring things can get on a normal shift.but how lively things can get when the overlapping shifts comes. like today we haavvve Azy and fadly. and even val is coming to work. yes, kash, when u read this i'll be smiling.just wait and see!
kash.screw you.i cant blog when people are watching.hah!
i was smoke-free for 4 days but i tested myself.tried to smoke, but i couldn't finish a whole cigarette. woooooo! I now declare myself as an occasional smoker. Atleast its one step closer to being smoke-free. Or im just trying to find a reason to lit up.Only i know!haha! but i swear, just 1 day of no ciggies showed alot of difference. or maybe im just much fitter then them, comparing our belly sizes!
I SHALL WILL STUDY WHEN I HAVE TIME AM IN SCHOOL AS WELL AS AT HOME.

quote of the day has to be! *drumroll!*
-why me why me?!-
...ahahaha...
while i was walking home just now, got this chink dude playing basketball, den he took a break went to his dog which was tied to the fence. the first thing i thought was, how boring it has to be just to stand there and watch.then! he played with the dog abit and when the game was about to continue, he went 'sit! sit!'...ouch! i mean...dun treat the dog like a dog : eventho he is one. (take note i used 'he' instead of 'it'..why?! because dogs have gender too..idiot.)
i tried to put myself in the shoes of the dog. if somebody tell me to sit?! i wld just say-here take this 20 cent. run along now. ur no match for me- BAM! wad a slap in the face. Anyways i am sure the dog is just doing so because the guy is stupid enough to feed him food and give him shelter. i mean..if the dog is so fed up, he could just jump up bite the dude's balls off and hav it for dinner and look for another owner. heh! the moral of the story, dun tell me wad to do. aahahahaha!
i feel very happy today.
as u all know, my sis got married recently. i shall blog abt that soon once i get all my materials in hand. here is a preview.
yes guys. im holding a mic. thats how happening it was.
and i dont sound like a frog. i got to round 2. hah!
anyways, i didnt got into the endless cyberworld for 3 days, because of the wedding.so when it comes to checking mail, i expected it to be ways less of a chore, since hotmail is all BETA now. -wooooahhhhddever!- in the end, it was just non-junk mails and i had to wait for more den 30 mins just for the page to load. Beta version sucks. i prefered the old version which will refresh and refresh. so wad if i had to wait..atleast i know the page is going to load. pantat!
just dat for 30 mins+. like ms emmj says 'eee! irritating nye!'
anyways, as streetsmart as i can be, im just not so posh as to go to coffeebean or starbucks for coffee. i get my coffee at home or at coffeshop la. so i kind of felt stupid when i had to order my drink. it was a simple ice something macchiato.
'so..erm..i went like..i want dat ice..erm..macho?! mucha lucha?! makki-ato! ' the guy helped me with that last word. thanks. Venti! hah! dat i know! u know wads the best part?! i didnt get wad i order. it was actualli something else. because the drink i ordered had cubes but i wanted ice-blended. in the end we had the same drink after all.
-caramel ice-blended frapuccino! i tink i dunno! -
(no pun intended)
argh! i could have just said 'im having wad shes having.' wouldnt dat makes me feel much smarter!? like more ooooooo...hahaha!
ALERT!!
padang shield.
this saturday,

As i said that i wanted to continue from the previous post abt soccer...FORGET IT! Euro08 is over.Spain emerge champs. For me,this euro isnt so happening.i still remembered 4 years back i would stay up late to catch every bloody match.maybe because we were all busy betting both from Singapore Pools and bookies in school. YES!, im not kidding, we have bookies in my secondary school.but its like so much fun. come lunch time, everybody will scramble to E305 or E306.
i like the news! just not the writers.
somehow somebody always have the day's Newpaper because they hav the latest odds for the day.5 mins spent on reading the paper, another 2 mins asking the school's soccer pundit and 2 mins to discuss with my frens, and the next minute to decide myself. after dat, bets down, we all go back to class and pray we get a small fortune that nite. WWWOOOOOO! fun. and we hav the final match telecasted live in the school hall! thats how enthusiastic we were. i was rooting for portugal, while dhil was with greece. unbelievably, greece won dat nite. Boooooringg!
i've been painting alot for the last 3 months. my own hse and sis hse.i didnt know weddings wld hav soo much work to do.this has to be the most taxing wedding for me.to add on to that there is school and work. BUT! work is over.Exams just around the corner-15 more weeks- and like so faaaarr away! i dun feel like studying.i just had enough of studying. its amazing how saha says he miss studying in school. maybe i wld hav that feeling too when i go into the army but for now...I HATE STUDYING! moving on...
it's like i'm looking at a distant planet.very dark, cold and mysterious. unfamiliar surroundings yet again eventho it happened twice b4. its just so scarry to let loose my life on the hands of someone else. trust is the magic word here people which i hav build up.its not easy but its worth it while it last.wad im afraid of is getting hurt.
Should i step on that distant planet once again, or risk falling into the depths of space.
