A level has been really hard on me. i rather have a bullet shot through my head. BECAUSE, the headache feels like somebody is pushing a bullet through your brain. slowly..centimeter by centimeter. and you can feel that cold metallic sides brushing against your veins and whatever my brain is made of.
ok maybe something less sadistic. its like as if my head is a bell. and somebody knocks this bell every few seconds. thong...thong...thong...YES! throbbing pain. but what the hell, its a price i have to pay for all the times i had fun and not study for the past 3 years. i knew it was coming, its just a matter of time.
anyways, my nieces came yesterday, after a very long time. i dunno, its just instinct that i decided to come home early yesterday. just knew there was a calling for me to go home early and spend sometime with those lil angels. i was reading a book when zara came knocking at my door.
'heyyy zaraa...masok..masok'...,i said.
'mama shah!'...,zara replied
'dah makan 'chikeng'(chicken) belom?'...,i asked.
'no..with potato'...,she answered.
'why you never go school'...,i said
'because kakak nv go school..i want that one..yang fish tu'...,she said, pointing to a box full of marbles.
'zaara..wad is mama shah name?'...,i questioned her.
'dunno'...,she said!
'you forgot mama shah eh?'...,i said in a sad tone.
'nooo..hahaha'...,she replied happily.
'zaraa sayang mama shah?'...,i asked her.
she didnt answer and continue playing with the marbles.
'wei!'...,i shouted and nudged her.
'zara sayang mama shah'...,she shouted with that cuuute smile!
it was this conversation that i realised how much she has grown. she could speak properly, count to 20, and the best of all she understood what she was saying and what it meant to me. she used to say it because i whispered it into her ear. but no, she answered willingly. im sooo happy! then! when she was going home, i was still reading, so i said 'bye!!' and she replied. and ran out to the hall. moments later she ran back and said 'bye' again! argh! very adorable. very very adorable.
its just so fun to have small people around you.innocent little souls who will believe what you tell them, which will shape their thoughts and their actions when they grow much older. that's why i like to make my nieces jump from a table to me.-fareesha did jumped and even clapped her hand after it.very adorable!-so that they wont be scared, so that they know they could trust me and believe that i will always be there to catch them when they fall. -and i don't pilih kasih, i do this to all my nieces.- and soon to come nephew!!! muahahah!
perfect ending to a stressful day.
