And you do it like this!
RE:
short summary
basically, life's at a much slower pace now. and its much better. ever since school's out. i've been practicing to sleep atleast past 9am on MORNING-FREE days. it was hard at first because its noisy and its very bright in my room and hall. but slowly, im getting the hang of it now. and its awesome! even now my eyes feels droopy. but FACT is fact, it is known that more than 9 hours of sleep can cause heart condition. ridiculous?! but its true. too little and also too much is not good for health.
and then there was the rugby game last week. i was suppose to come down and watch MI play greenridge, but then sloooowly i end up becoming the referee. and den slooooowly i end up playing the game. its just irresistible. definitely i wasnt prepared for the game. i was from the gym. i had a non-rugby t-shirt and non-rugby shorts on. no boots. didnt even warm up except for running around as ref. but they were literally dying one by one. coach had to borrow players. and i dun like that. anyways, i felt like a hero playing against 14-15 year old kids.which is not really a good thing. i tried my best to scare the fuck out of them. really hit hard, hold on to the ball, speared! into rucks. give them a tough fight because seriously, the MI boys are playing like a bunch of girls.
they cant control their temper, they cant focus because they are mocked at, and half of them are not sure wad to do. total massacre. and ofcourse, i had to score a solo try. if not, it would show that my skills are low 14-15 year old level. not to show off but just to realised that all those trainings and skills have gotten into my head. like atleast im somewhere and not nowhere.
'testimonial' game was kinda fun. just touch and kick the ball around abit. enjoy the sun, sweat and fellow friends. i heard the current boys are planning a testimonial game. lets just see how things unfold.
i've been playing music for almost 9 years. last sunday, i was playing at a wedding and then i did things they didnt expect. like play solo which usually they expected me to skip. well, i practiced and i did. i feels good to see people being awed and clap for you. some people told me that, that day i was totally on form and all. maybe because whenever i play for their band, its not my usual set of percussion. but this time round, i played my own set of percussion and received surprising feedbacks. the funny thing was the vocalist actually messaged me after the wedding. she said and i qoute 'u played very well.really, i just realised'. it was a compliment but i replied back, wth?! so ur tot i wasnt good all this while!?. den wadever that happened next was just hilarious and extremely cute.
and then dat i headed for the national stadium to watch vietnam 'jack-ass' the lion's arse. seriously, vietnam's short passes seems to be more deadlier as compared to singapore's long balls. agu cashmir is big but slow. he can win the ball in the air, but cant beat the defenders to it when the ball hits the ground. and the other striker was pretty much silent. the first half was good for singapore. vietnam tried to gain control of the ball when they are defending which is a mistake. by 2nd half, all long balls and simply kick back upfield. perfect for counter-attacks. which indeed lead the vietnam's winning goal. it is unbelievable to see 2-3 defenders man-marking one guy with the ball and leaving the other attackers unmark.its ridiculous. mid-field was good. i tink singapore gain alot of ball possession because our fellow mid-fielders really tackled hard. anyways, this year would likely go to Thailand. SawaDEE-kap!!

here comes The Boom
im tired of retrieval expert. i feel like a need a change. reinvent.just last month ppl come up to me and said i look like a 25 year old guy. dats not to bad. and now with this long hair thingy and this 'macho-mama' moustache and beard im sporting, my friends call me daddy. not 'sugar daddy' daddy but guy with children daddy. well, wth! it just temporary. its been a long time since i get to not shave.
maybe i'll revive retrieval expert some other time. but now, i feel like the Boom.
