finally...
its been a month. so easy to keep track of the last time i posted. everything has been ok so far. my weight lost graph have slowed down. and i've still yet to pass my ippt. and im going crazy doing push up and all sort of upper body exercise to get a atleast 10 reps.
but the best part, i can notice my body shrinking! belly is kind of not visible. arms getting defined. and i feel super healthy. hell, i feel super lazy to blog. maybe because every time i book out, i'll book out with flu and bad coughing.
somehow, i cant change my body alarm clock easily. i keep waking up at 430am everyday. INCLUDING weekend. baaaadd! very baddd!
