And you do it like this!
RE:
a good weekend!
this is currently the top 2 most heard song on my mp3. for the past week i was solely into super soft love-ful songs and hard rock love-less song. and such moods come back to back. and 3rd on the list is jamie cullum's mind trick. blues baby, blues... even i cant understand how i choose my music.
and how the fuck did they manage to mix distorted guitar and classical pop tabla. and this song was made years back. i remember hearing this song and other song from this pakistani band aloooong time ago. its just my routine to find old songs. memories! and some people get a shock when they hear such songs in my mp3. like i always say, music is universal, type and time wise. anyways im awaiting a batch of 'breakdance' tunes from a bunkmate of mine. i tested the music and it was aswesome. my kind of music. or the kind that deserve to be on my mp3. so here is yaar bina- junoon.
it happen that abg nasir send me this song. we were suppose to listen and jam it at the last wedding which we did almost to perfection. haan tu hain from the movie jannat. i hate the hero. but the song is just soothing. i tink for the past week, this is my sleeping song.-a song dat i listen to over and over till i fall asleep. usually abt 2-3 times.- and before it was tujh mein rab dikhta hai. i wasnt soo into the song at first like i always do when i have to pick up songs but im uncannily attracted to it. just strange. very strange. so anyways, haan tu hain from the movie jannat.
i spent my saturday visiting my sick nieces. stomach flu is bad bad. such a depressing sight. no point buying macdonalds. all they do is vomit and more vomit. and another friend got into an accident. coincidentally both are from the same school and same police intake. malik as we all know no longer alive and norhan just woke up from his 3-4 days coma. badly bashed in a hit and run. busted knee, torned skin and now recovering in SICU. im just glad he is alive and so sad that his pillion, a girl, died. but den again, if hes going to live a life of misery after the accident that is even worst. 2 people who are good and nice people, friend...motorbike accident leaving one fighting for his fragile life now. i got the news last sunday when i booked in. and shit i couldnt sleep dat nite.
anyways, i 'buih-ed' street soccer to watch awang belange. a production of MI's MCS group. it was a drama/musical. and the music was great. awesome infact. some are serious and some for good old laughter. wad i like about this yearly show is the hidden message behind all the crap. and also all the crap! the main characters are the same and always never fail to make me laugh.
at first i though doing it in the new school wont be so exciting. unlike in toh tuck, they had audience interaction because we all were close by. but to my suprise, they manage to interact with the audience as well. which was totally hilarious! and for $5, the audience totally ripped the show organizers off.
den i met up with the old gang for late supper and just went driving around enjoying each other's company. quality time!
and now its boot shining time! shit....
